EmergeOrtho has Brunswick County’s orthopedic needs covered, from head to toe.
We now have 14 highly trained specialists who see patients at our newest office at 1168 East Cutlar Crossing, and they cover a wide range of orthopedic specialties: from neck and spine to foot and ankle, as well as practically every bone and muscle in between. The new location provides an exceptional level of collaboration between skilled orthopedic experts.
The comprehensive, three-story, 55,000-square-foot facility in The Villages at Brunswick Forest includes physician offices, advanced MRI, physical and occupational therapies, and same-day appointments. In addition, Brunswick Surgery Center, the region’s first dedicated orthopedic ambulatory surgery center, is scheduled to open this summer. With one operating room and two procedure rooms, it will give local residents another option for surgical care close to home.
EmergeOrtho also operates another comprehensive facility at 5160 Ocean Highway West in Shallotte. This location also offers advanced MRI, onsite physical therapy and same-day appointments, as well as AccessOrtho, an urgent care service offering specialized orthopedic care without an appointment.
In addition to our two full-service offices, EmergeOrtho operates additional therapy locations in Sunset Beach and Southport. People needing physical therapy do not have to have a physician referral in most cases, and they need not be a patient of EmergeOrtho to receive physical or hand therapy.
In addition to our Brunswick County coverage, EmergeOrtho’s Wilmington offices just across the bridge provide additional options for patients. Throughout the region, our unparalleled team of board-certified and fellowship-trained specialists includes 29 physicians, 30 physician assistants and 37 physical therapists, all specialty-trained in orthopedics and spine.
