Recruiting and Student Outreach. EmergeOrtho participates in endeavors to increase diversity in the medical profession, including reaching minority students during recruitment efforts.
Mentoring. Our organization is committed to mentoring our team members while facilitating career development in an open and collaborative setting. The Human Resources Team provides our medical professionals and staff with training about professional growth. We also have facilitated sessions on racial equity and systemic racism to learn from the experiences of others and to share ideas and aspirations on how to build a more just and equal society.
