Dr. Jeremy Hoff practices in Wilmington at 2716 Ashton Drive and in Jacksonville at 2000 Brabham Avenue. Dr. Hoff is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Western University of Health Sciences at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, he completed a surgical internship at the Carilion Clinic. Subsequently, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a fellowship in interventional pain management, both at Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia.
Relocating from Newport News, Virginia, Dr. Hoff joins the Coastal Region of EmergeOrtho, one of the largest physician-owned practices in the state, with 49 offices from the mountains to the coast.
Dr. Hoff is an expert in the implantation of devices that help patients manage their pain including spinal cord stimulators. In addition to his training and experience in conventional treatments, he has extensive knowledge of alternative pain management techniques.
Bringing additional expertise in the exciting new field of orthobiologics, Dr. Hoff has a special interest in therapeutic injections using adipose (fat cells), PRP (platelet rich plasma) and bone marrow. He is excited to partner with the excellent orthopedic physicians at EmergeOrtho to further research in this specialty.
