Jimmy Helm holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In addition, he holds a Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
Jimmy is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
He is currently a physician assistant with the EmergeOrtho team headed by Dr. Robert Boswell. Jimmy specializes in following patients before and after sports medicine surgery as well as those with sports related injuries of the shoulder and knee.
