Anna DeSaix, DPM

Dr. Anna DeSaix, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon for the EmergeOrtho—Triangle Region Foot and Ankle team. Prior to joining the EmergeOrtho foot surgeons, Dr. DeSaix practiced in St. Louis, Missouri. She returned to Chapel Hill recently to be close to her family. She is excited to be back home and looks forward to helping improve patients’ quality of life in her hometown community.

Education and Expertise

Dr. DeSaix obtained her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then graduated from Rosalind Franklin University, Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. DeSaix completed her residency in Podiatric Surgery at DePaul Medical Center in St. Louis. She worked in several orthopedic podiatrist groups, and she had her own successful private practice in St. Louis.
