She is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in all conditions affecting the hand, wrist and elbow. She has advanced training and clinical interest in upper extremity trauma, inflammatory and osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel disease, compression neuropathies, Dupuytren’s disease, and tendonopathies in addition to many other disease processes and conditions.
She completed her training with a hand, microvascular and upper extremity fellowship at Duke University. She is a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Her special interests include: upper extremity trauma, inflammatory arthritis, osteoarthritis, elbow disorders, carpal tunnel disease, Dupuytren’s Disease, compression neuropathies, soft tissue trauma, fractures and dislocations
Dr. Soria was born and raised in New York City and now lives in Raleigh with her two sons.
