Meagan is a North Carolina native – originally from Apex.
She attended Barton College for her undergraduate degree, where she was a member and captain of the women’s soccer team while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Prior to attending physician assistant school, she worked in general surgery and bariatrics, gaining valuable experience in patient care and medical research.
Meagan earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York. After completing her training, she returned home to the Triangle area to practice as a Physician Assistant in orthopedics with EmergeOrtho. She now works with Dr. Soria as an upper extremity specialist.
Meagan is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board.
Meagan lives in the Triangle with her husband and children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, watching her little ones play soccer, and enjoying the North Carolina beaches.
