Kathryn Finch holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in marine biology and one in Spanish, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Shenandoah University, Winchester, VA.
Kathryn is a member of the following associations: National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, North Carolina Medical Society and the Coastal Cape Fear PA Society.
She has several years of experience in spine care, including first assistant duties in the operating room. She has a vast array of knowledge in a variety of spinal conditions and developing treatment plans for invasive and noninvasive procedures.
As part of the EmergeOrtho teams headed by Dr. Rodger and Dr. Rose, Kathryn specializes in following patients before and after spine surgery, as well as helping those with back and neck pain, degenerative disc disease, stenosis, MIS spine surgery, spinal fusion, and cervical and lumbar artificial disc replacement.
