John, originally from upstate New York, earned his B.S. in Biology from University at Albany, State University of New York, in 1993 before completing his Master’s in Physical Therapy at Western Carolina University. After graduating, he began his career at Dunn Physical Therapy in Cary, NC, where he worked for four years before moving to Asheville and joining the EmergeOrtho team. John is certified in ASTYM and dry needling, bringing advanced skills to his practice.
Outside of work, John enjoys running, camping, biking, golfing, woodworking, and ornithology. He loves spending time with his wife—also a therapist at EmergeOrtho’s Asheville location—and their two Australian Shepherds, Ryder and Camber.
