Jeremiah is a graduate of the University of the Sciences’ Physician Assistant Program. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Lock Haven University.
He is a native of Southwest Virginia where he previously worked in general orthopedics. Prior to becoming a PA, he was an Athletic Trainer providing care for various high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
Jeremiah is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and is certified as a physician assistant by the NCCPA.
