Dr. Napoli earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his medical degree at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He extensively studied hand and upper extremity surgery during his fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. His orthopedic surgery residency was conducted at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, NY.

He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Dr. Napoli focuses on non-surgical as well as surgical care for hand, wrist, arm, and elbow problems. He also specializes in general fracture care. Examples of conditions that Dr. Napoli treats include:

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
  • DeQuervain’s Tendinitis and other forms of wrist tendinitis
  • Trigger fingers
  • Osteoarthritis of the hand and wrist, including the thumb CMC (basal) joint
  • Dupuytren’s Disease
  • Fractures of the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow
  • Tendon injuries

In his free time, Dr. Napoli enjoys running, hiking, bicycling, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
