Certification involves a three-year specialty program focused on patient outcomes, built on accreditation requirements. Status as an organization that has earned certification means Triangle Surgery Center has met the highest level of nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality health care set by AAAHC.

Advanced Orthopaedic Certification builds on Triangle Surgery Center AAAHC Accreditation and assesses the organization’s use of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, ongoing performance improvement strategies, and infrastructure that promotes excellence.
