Basic Life and AD&D Insurance

EmergeOrtho provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage for eligible employees in the amount of $50,000. Coverage is provided through New York Life .

Employer Contribution

  • EmergeOrtho pays 100% of the cost
Disability Insurance
  • Short Term Disability – 60% of pre-disability earnings up to $2,000 a week for a maximum of 26 weeks
  • Long Term Disability – 60% of pre-disability earnings up to $10,000 a month
Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Coverage can be purchased on a voluntary basis for employees, spouses, and/or dependents; cost is age banded.
