The EmergeOrtho | Triad Region orthopedic conference is back! The 2024 event will take place at Revolution Mill in Greensboro, NC on Tuesday, October 15.

The event is designed to provide orthopedic continuing education to worker’s compensation healthcare professionals including nurse case managers, adjusters, occupational health nurses, and any other interested healthcare professional. Masking is Now Optional for our patients, visitors, providers, and team members in EmergeOrtho | Triad Region Offices.

IMPORTANT:

EmergeOrtho | Triad Region providers and staff will wear an appropriate medical-style mask if, and when, requested to by a patient, guest of a patient, other patron, or other member of the EmergeOrtho | Triad Region Team.

Any EmergeOrtho – Triad Region employee or patient, who exhibits cold or flu-like symptoms will be required to wear a mask while in the office.

EmergeOrtho | Triad Region continues to support everyone who chooses to continue masking.

To submit a patient referral to one of our physicians, please choose one of the following options.

Option 1: Secure Online Patient Referral

Complete & Fax our Patient Referral Form attaching patient demographic information and office notes. One of our appointment representatives will contact the patient directly to schedule their appointment.

Contact our Referral Department at 336-545-5000 Option 2 – to speak with one of our representatives.

Option 4: Patient Referral via Proficient Health

As part of the Triad Health Network (THN), EmergeOrtho Triad Region accepts and manages patient referrals online from participating THN practices.

EmergeOrtho’s Orthopedic Urgent Care is available for acute orthopedic injuries and conditions. Walk-Ins are Welcome!

Our team of providers are available for the urgent care of acute orthopedic injuries and conditions. These include sprains, strains, most broken bones, sports-related injuries, cast or wound concerns, recently swollen, painful, or injured joints, and much more.

Saturday | 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Reidsville Location

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Summerfield Location

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
