Dr. Fojtik was very pleasant and professional as she explained what she was doing. I was pleased with her examination, but later I received a message stating that her letter was ready for me to read. However, through the portal I was unable to read her report. I look forward to my follow up visit with Dr. Alves for details on my list with Dr. Fojtik.

The two women who I have seen for my hand/wrist issues were so kind and fun. They made the experience not nearly as bad as going to a regular urgent care. The woman I saw for the nerve test, Elizabeth Nora Fojtik, MD, was awesome. I randomly got very dizzy and nauseated at the end of the nerve test and she absolutely tried to mother me and have me lay down in a dark room drinking ginger ale. I took the ginger ale and left but she went way above the typical doctor- and human. The first doctor I saw in the urgent care side, Amanda Ferri, was probably the nicest doctor I have ever met at an urgent care. She was funny, optimistic and kind. I have told friends about that place for bone related injuries and physical therapy.

Dr. Fojtik & crew were great. Her nurse was kind, front desk was very pleasant & had great smiles towards me & everyone. I appreciate I didn't feel out of place because of my race. My procedure by Dr. Fojtik was calm & she kept me calm. I appreciate when the doc will just talk to you

Dr. Fojtik, is wonderful! She performed an EMG test on my left leg and was very good at explaining the procedure and what to do expect before hand. She is kind, professional and energetic.

I was actually distraught due to severe pain about my relationship with the company and its representatives.I had not been able to get a straight answer to my concerns about the recommended procedure which this doctor controlled. This particular representative not only restored the confidence I was trying hard to maintain, but she so well served my interests, that I can report a full turnaround in my attitude. I am very grateful for her professionalism, straightforwardness, ethics in sharing all pertinent information which frankly was vital for me to hear. Lastly, in a procedure widely advertised to have the potential to be seriously painful, her adept handling of the equipment made it virtually pain-free for me and that too was a relief. Really, one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Her friendliness and lack of arrogance were a pleasure I hadn't anticipated. What a credit to the force!

Dr Fojtik performed an EMG on me. I knew it wasn't going to be pleasant test but she explained her every move and what I should expect. She was so friendly and tried her best to put me at ease. What could have been a terrible experience with someone with a different personality, turned into a fun time, really. Best of all, she explained the results right then and there. If you have to have an EMG, don't fret if you have Dr Fojtik performing it.

Dr. Fojtik was super nice, very understanding and empathetic to my fear of the test - she talked me through it and it was totally fine. She explained everything very professionally. I actually ended up not minding the test very much - it seemed to go by quickly and she was good about letting me know what to expect.

They were excellent! When I entered, they accepted me in immediately with no wait time. Dr. Nora was beautifully gentle as she struck me with needles. I was not uncomfortable nor did I experienced pain in the process. She kept my mind at eased as she worked on me. When I left Dr. Nora’s presence I felt blessed that she was able to find my medical problems. I thank God for her and her abilities to help others with her gentleness. Dr Fojtik was fantastic, I had to get an ENG for my cubital tunnel and I have had these tests before, they are not fun, but she was very considerate and professional!

It's my understanding that Dr Elizabeth Jovanovich is also Dr Elizabeth Fojtik. Same person, last name change. That said, She's friendly and personable and that matters in healthcare. She's knowledgable, professional, empathetic and truly she listens as it is clear she really wants to help you. Showing empathy is something severely lacking in today's US healthcare. Her possessing that quality alone earns her high regard from me. But there's more icing on the cake. She made my highly-dreaded EMG/NCS testing go by rather quickly and WAY easier than I'd expected. She did all she could to avoid causing unnecessary pain & apologized each time she thought she had. I would willingly do the testing again IF she is who is performing it. She's awesome!

Dr. Fojtik performed an EMG to rule out nerve damage in my arm. I told her that I was terrified of needles and she was very accommodating during the procedure. I will add that she was very friendly, gentle, explanatory, and thorough; she even disclosed a finding that was beyond the original focus of my visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to have an EMG performed.

Dr. Fojtik is always willing to listen to your needs and help where she can. She is always kind and gentle. She talks through her plan with you and explains further when needed. She is available within 24 hours in most cases via email. I am very comfortable recommending her at any time.

Dr Fojtik is an awesome doctor. She listens to me and makes sure I understand everything we discuss. She doesn’t talk down to me and never makes me feel stupid for asking questions. When I do have a question she doesn’t rush to answer them as if to hurry me out of her office.

Dr. Fojtik, I very much appreciate your professionalism and kindness you showed me on my appointment, October 30, 2019. The EMG was much less painful by the approach of your explaining the process of the EMG and the way you helped me through the test. You also gave me the results of the test and that was helpful. Just an update on the Doppler on the left leg and the pelvis areas done at UNC Vascular Department Friday, November 1, 2019 ordered by Dr. Weeks from Emerge. According to the technician he located a hematoma at the bottom of my left leg. The pelvis areas also show inflammation in the lymph nodes. I have been having much pain in both groin areas. Again, I very much appreciate the time you spent with me and the way you explained everything. Barbara Munden

Everyone in this practice has always treated me with the utmost respect. Dr Fojtik is my regular doctor at Emerge and she’s so easy to talk to I often feel like I’m talking with one of my friends, except she understands my problem and treats me with compassion. She’s awesome and listens to me and is willing to try injections and other things instead of stuffing a bunch of pills down my throat!
