About Zachary R. Diltz, MD
Dr. Diltz earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Alabama, followed by his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. After his orthopedic surgery residency at Campbell Clinic-University of Tennessee, he completed a spine surgery fellowship at Houston Methodist.
While in medical school, Dr Diltz was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and graduated summa cum laude. He also had multiple peer-reviewed publications in medical journals.
