W. Andrew Williams, MD

Dr. Williams completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia after graduating with Highest Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He then completed a five-year orthopedic surgery residency at Orlando Health and pursued advanced fellowship training in sports medicine at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas.

Throughout his training, Dr. Williams received numerous honors for his clinical and research accomplishments, including awards from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Southern Orthopaedic Association, and the Florida Orthopaedic Society. He has authored and contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations focused on sports medicine, knee injuries, shoulder conditions, and orthopedic trauma.

In addition to his clinical interests, Dr. Williams has extensive experience caring for athletes, serving as a team physician for high school sports programs and providing event coverage for athletic competitions. He is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals safely return to peak performance while delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Williams enjoys distance running, woodworking, playing guitar, spending time outdoors, and pursuing his lifelong passion for sports. He is also an Eagle Scout.
