Dr. David earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Toronto. He was chief resident and a research fellow at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte, NC where he completed his surgical training. He completed his fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Wisconsin.

He served as the Medical Director of the Spine Center of Excellence at Park Ridge Health and has extensive experience and expertise in treating disorders of the back, neck and spine.

His other areas of interest include: ultrasonic spinal decompression, nanotechnology for neck/cervical spinal conditions, Titan Spine Interbody Implants, outpatient and Less Invasive Spinal Surgery (LISS), OLIF Surgery (Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion), evaluation and treatment of spinal instability, utilization of vertebral motion analysis to accurately measure cervical (neck) and lumbar (back) instability, back and spinal balance correction, and spinal balance problems.
