Richard was born and raised in Western New York and earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. Committed to lifelong learning, he regularly attends continuing education courses to expand his skills and knowledge in physical therapy.
