Randy joined EmergeOrtho – Coastal Region in September of 2025, bringing 30 years of leadership experience in the treatment of patients with neurological, orthopedic and complex multi-systems conditions. His previous physical therapist roles include Director of Therapy Operations at Novant Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Winston-Salem and Therapy Manager at Tidelands Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little River, SC.
In addition to his Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Randy holds two Bachelor of Science degrees: in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University and in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
