Dr. Nathan White is a fellowship-trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon serving patients in Greensboro and Asheboro, North Carolina. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder, hip, and knee conditions, with advanced expertise in patella instability, cartilage restoration, and joint preservation.
Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. White helps athletes and active individuals of all ages recover mobility, restore strength, and return to doing what they love. “When someone gets injured, it is often scary and full of unknowns and questions. I find it such a privilege to walk with patients through the process of recovery. Whether through surgery or non-operative treatments, it is rewarding when I see patients get back to things in their life that matter,” says Dr. White.
His expertise involves not only the management of tendons, ligament and bone injuries, but also cartilage restoration care. Dr. White is uniquely trained in specialized orthopedic care including:
