Michael Bagnoli, PT

Michael “Mike” Bagnoli is an experienced physical therapist who joined our Triad team in 2006. He has over 25 years of experience, working predominantly within the orthopedic specialty area of physical therapy. Mike cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions and disorders, with a special interest in dysfunctions of the knee and shoulder. He is certified in Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation through Owens Recovery Science and the Graston Technique®.

He strives to deliver quality, patient-centered care identifying his patient’s needs and goals. His treatment plans are innovative and individualized, helping patients remain motivated in their recovery. Mike finds his profession most rewarding when he sees the look of achievement and satisfaction on a patient’s face once they are finally able to accomplish “that one” activity that has been “off limits” to them because of their injury/dysfunction. His clinical expertise and understanding of the musculoskeletal system are apparent during his interaction with patients and the mentorship of other clinicians.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and within the community is important Mike. He is actively involved as a volunteer in various youth education programs and Habitat for Humanity “Lunch Crew.” He has previously been a coach for youth soccer leagues. Mike’s expertise and kindheartedness are irreplaceable.
