Megan was born and raised in Morganton, NC. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University in 2022 and went on to earn her PTA degree from CCC&TI in 2024. Having been a cheerleader her whole life, Megan developed a love for sports which eventually led her to pursue a career in exercise and therapy.
During her time at Appalachian State University, Megan had the opportunity to travel to Guatemala twice on missions. She even rode up an active volcano on horseback during both of her trips to Guatemala, and it remains her favorite place on Earth.
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as attending or watching football games. She also loves being outdoors. Megan admits to having an obsession with Dr. Pepper, and you will rarely see her without one in her hand.
