Matt Sadlik is a physical therapist assistant and has been a valued member of our EmergeOrtho Triad Region team since 2015. Matt works with patients with variety orthopedic conditions. Patients planning to return to sport and/or functionally demanding activities, truly excel with Matt’s expertise and attention to detail..
Matt is a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRCMS), focusing on the maximizing a patient’s strength through their entire range of motion. He is credentialed in Personalized Blood Flow Restriction training through Owens Recovery Science. He received his Certification of Applied Functional Science (CASF) in 2017. Matt has also completed training in Kinesio Taping® and Graston Technique®.
Matt is an avid runner and has competed in every distance event from 5k up to 50 miles. He has used his love of running to become very familiar with gait analysis, shoe fitting, and running technique, in addition to being an employee at Fleet Feet. He has also raced road bikes and played competitive tennis for Appalachian State University. He continues to actively participate in the USTA.
