A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than six years of experience as an FNP and nearly two decades of nursing experience, Margaret (Maggie) Lellock joined EmergeOrtho Coastal region in November of 2025 as part of the pain management team under the supervision of David Zub, MD.
Maggie’s career in nursing began at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, after she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University. She also worked in the UPMC Cancer Center as a treatment room nurse, a stem cell transplant coordinator and a clinical education specialist. While working in various nursing capacities, she also earned her Master of Science, Nursing Education degree from Chatham University. Following a year-long stint as a clinical instructor at Duquesne, she enrolled in the university a second time, achieving her Post Masters Certificate, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Prior to joining our staff, she was with an urgent care clinic in Shallotte.
Maggie is a valuable member of the Interventional Pain Management team led by David W. Zub, MD.
