Lydia received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Elon University. She then went on to get her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. Lydia has known for a long time that she wanted to be a physical therapist so she could help people get back to the hobbies and everyday activities that they want and need to do.
 
When she isn’t working Lydia enjoys cooking and baking, horseback riding, any outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband Stephen who is also a physical therapist.
