Loren earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007 from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. She previously completed her undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and Ecology. During her time at Appalachian, Loren helped establish and compete on the university’s first national-level dance team.
An Asheville native, Loren has worked with athletic populations across North Carolina, Virginia, and Maine. She specializes in sports rehabilitation with a focus on lower extremity biomechanics and holds advanced certifications in ASTYM, Graston Technique, and is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner. Loren has extensive experience helping athletes return to sport and has collaborated with professional organizations such as the High Country Grizzlies, Ailey II Dance Company, and the Portland Pirates Hockey Team.
Outside of work, Loren enjoys hiking, trail running, and spending time with her two boys.
