After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, Lisa served as an Air Force RN in multiple locations throughout the United States and around the world. For much of her seven-year stint in the air force, during which she achieved the rank of captain, she was an aeromedical evacuation flight nurse, part of a team responsible for the safe and quick evacuation of hundreds of patients, both military and civilian.
Upon leaving the air force in 2011, she worked as a post-anesthesia care nurse in Norfolk, before moving to Honolulu where she continued working as a PACU nurse while attending graduate school at Hawaii Pacific University. There she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2015.
Returning to the mainland, Lisa utilized her FNP specialty in pain management, gaining valuable experience in New Jersey, Jacksonville, NC, and at Camp Lejeune, before joining EmergeOrtho-Coastal Region in December of 2025. She is part of the interventional pain management team headed by Amberly Orr, MD.
Lisa has also completed a portion of an MSN-DNP program through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an online student.
