Lauren received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Southwestern Community College in Sylva, NC in 2023. Prior to her earning her PTA degree she was a Collegiate Cross-country Coach for her undergraduate alma mater, Montreat College where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Human Services. This is where she fell in love with the world of Physical Therapy, having gone through PT herself as a collegiate athlete.
Lauren spends her free time trail running and enjoying these blue ridge mountains with her husband and dog, Charlie.
