Julie is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner by the AANP specializing in the field of pain management. She has worked in the field as a registered nurse (RN) for many years with ANCC pain management certification. She earned her Master’s in Nursing in 2013 from Fairleigh Dickinson University. As an Nurse Practitioner, she established an Acute Pain Service in a large magnet care hospital serving as the lead APN. She relocated to North Carolina in 2016 and has worked in the outpatient setting caring for patients that require treatment for chronic pain through injections and medication management. She is a member of the Pain Society of the Carolinas.
