Jack DeRienzis, PT

Jack graduated from the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center in 1997. After completing his degree, he worked as a physical therapist in Texas for two years before relocating to Western North Carolina. In July 2003, he joined the outpatient physical therapy team at EmergeOrtho. Jack primarily focuses on general orthopedics, but he also works with patients with neurological conditions. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi, and their three children. He likes playing the guitar, going fishing, and watching baseball and hockey.
