Jay Riley is a skilled physical therapist who provides personalized, performance-driven care at EmergeOrtho’s North Church Street physical therapy clinic in Greensboro. With a strong background in strength and conditioning and sports performance, Jay brings a unique perspective to orthopedic rehabilitation, helping patients safely return to activity, sport, and daily life. He has experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and specializes in guiding patients through return-to-running and return-to-sport programs. Jay takes an individualized, goal-oriented approach to care, combining evidence-based treatment with functional movement strategies to improve strength, restore mobility, and optimize long-term outcomes.
