Jim was born in Boca Raton, FL and grew up in Apex, NC. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University and studied abroad for a year while playing semi-professional rugby in Melbourne, Australia. After having worked for two years in cardiac and pulmonary rehab at Duke, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA., He has additional certifications in ASTYM, SFMA, functional dry needling and is certified as a Titleist golf medical professional. He specializes in the treatment of all orthopedic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and sports specific treatment/training especially that of the foot and ankle. Jim enjoys working with people from all walks of life to achieve their highest level of function, from those looking to return to normal daily activities to athletes striving for the highest level of competition. Jim continues to reside in Apex with his wife Jessica and three children Olivia, Nolan and Everett.
