Erin Robles-Sherman, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Erin Robles-Sherman is a board-certified podiatric surgeon by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, providing expert foot and ankle care to patients in Durham, NC and Burlington, NC. She specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, from plantar fasciitis and bunions to ingrown toenails and foot fractures.

Raised and educated in South Florida, Dr. Robles-Sherman previously practiced in Washington, DC, where she enjoyed working closely with surgical residents. She recently relocated to North Carolina to be closer to her family. An avid sports enthusiast, she has a special interest in collegiate and elite gymnastics, CrossFit, competitive cheerleading, and dance. Outside of the office, she, her husband, and their two daughters enjoy watching college and NFL football, spending time outdoors, and connecting with local family.

Education and Expertise

Dr. Robles-Sherman earned her undergraduate degree in microbiology and molecular biology from the University of Central Florida. She then graduated from Barry University, School of Podiatric Medicine, before completing her residency in Podiatric Surgery at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. She practiced in both a large podiatry group and a smaller private practice prior to joining EmergeOrtho. She also serves as a board member for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
