A physician assistant since 2006 and orthopedic PA since 2008, Ericka has a wealth of experience in general orthopedics and has assisted in surgeries in nearly all subspecialties, including spine, hand, foot and ankle, total joint replacement, trauma. She also has experience in pain management.

Ericka earned her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Zoology from Ohio Wesleyan University, followed by her Master of Science in Biological Sciences, Physician Assistant Program from Medical University of Ohio and a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from The Ohio State University.

Ericka is part of the care teams for Richard S. Bahner, MD, treating patients for injuries and conditions of the hand and upper extremity, and Eric J. Lescault, DO, seeing patients for sports medicine.
