Dr. Varkey received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before completing his orthopedic residency at UNC. After a fellowship in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, and Elbow Surgery at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, he moved to Greensboro in 2018, bringing advanced training and a patient-centered approach.
With his specialized expertise in orthopedics, Dr. Varkey provides outstanding care to EmergeOrtho patients. He offers skilled approaches to treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including:
