Christopher Miles attended the U.S. Army’s Academy of Health Sciences, graduating as a medical specialist/EMT in 1989. He next attended Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio, where he earned dual degrees in chemistry and biology. He continued his medical education with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Kettering College of Medicine, followed by two fellowships: orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, as well as emergency medicine.
Before joining EmergeOrtho – Coastal Region in November of 2025, Chris amassed nearly 30 years of professional experience as a physician assistant in practices throughout North and South Carolina, and in San Antonio, Texas.
Recipient of numerous healthcare and academic awards, as well as military honors, Chris is part of the joint replacement and sport medicine team led by Robert Coles, MD.
