Caroline was born and raised in Hickory, NC. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from East Carolina University in 2011. Caroline is certified in Dry Needling, a technique that involves inserting thin needles into trigger points in muscles to stimulate a twitch response and release tension, ultimately relieving pain and improving muscle function. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked with various orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys yoga, reading, outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
