Bailey graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health in 2021 and then pursued a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy also from Lenoir-Rhyne University, graduating in 2024. Before her work at EmergeOrtho, Bailey worked in acute care and inpatient rehab at Catawba Valley Medical Center treating individuals with various physical and neurological disorders. Her favorite part of occupational therapy is helping individuals return to meaningful activities while maximizing their functional performance. In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time outdoors fishing or riding bicycles, loving on her two cats (Timber and Scratch) and dog (Buster), and cooking or baking for friends and family.
