Ashely Holland is a graduate of Lenoir Rhyne University where she earned a degree on occupational therapy. After graduation, she worked in a sports medicine clinic in Clemson, SC, focusing on hand therapy.
Ashely specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation, including poly trauma cases (gunshot wounds, improvised explosive devise injuries, fasciotomies, motor vehicle accidents, etc), repetitive stress injuries (tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, etc), complex regional pain syndrome, post-op arthritis treatments, common fractures, and acting as a physician extender for patients from family practice and non-orthopedic specialists.
She worked with military personnel and their family members at Fort Bragg, NC for more than six years to help return military members to active duty and deployment. She worked with Army soldiers from an array of specialties, both combat-related and other responsibilities. Ashely has also worked with other military branch members of the Navy, Marines, and Air Force in order to serve the needs of Fort Bragg’s unique population of soldiers.
Ashely is originally from Marion, NC and graduated from Freedom High School. She moved back to Burke County to return closer to home and began work at EmergeOrtho in 2012.
