Andrea Couts is a Certified Hand Therapist who cares for patients at EmergeOrtho’s Greensboro location. She is a skilled clinician with over 17 years of hand therapy experience.

Andrea’s passion is to provide patients who suffer from upper extremity injuries (including the hand, wrist, and elbow) with individualized treatment. Specific diagnosis of interest includes tendon injuries, crush injuries, wound care, and fractures.

She enjoys making custom splints to fit the needs of each patient. Andrea strives to deliver quality patient-centered care and believes that involving the patient throughout their course of treatment is essential to a positive outcome. She values developing close relationships with her patients and supports them throughout their recovery. Andrea is enthusiastic about continuing education to enhance her knowledge and therapy skills.
