Alfonza Teel, PA-C was born in Greenville, NC and was raised in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Howard University Physician’s Assistant program.
Alfonza is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and the University of the State of New York. He is certified by the National Certifying Commissions of Physician Assistants. Alfonza worked in general surgery and surgery sub-specialties prior to working primarily in orthopedics in New York City. He was a Naval Hospital Corpsman prior to going to PA school.
He is currently working at the Duraleigh, Apex and Brier Creek locations with Dr. Brett Gilbert.
