Carson is a nationally certified physician assistant and has worked at EmergeOrtho since 2002. He earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training/sports medicine at Lenoir-Rhyne College in 1999. After graduation, he worked as an intern athletic trainer at the University of the South for one year. He then enrolled in the University of Florida Physician Assistant program. Carson has a specific interest in sports medicine, however, his scope of practice also encompasses general orthopedics.
