Dr. Peter Mangone, one of the three fellowship trained foot & ankle physicians in western North Carolina who practice exclusively at Blue Ridge Bone & Joint, recently acted as an instructor to colleagues from around the country at the Arthrex Small Joint Course. During the two day, June 25 and 26, 2010 meeting, Dr. Mangone presented on the subjects “Achilles tendon disorders” and “midfoot injuries and 5th metatarsal fractures.” Dr. Mangone described the opportunity to interact with colleagues as extremely gratifying from both a personal and professional perspective.
