Here’s How It Works
Five days before your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive a text and email message prompting you to complete pre-registration. During this secure digital process, you will be asked to:
- Confirm your contact information and demographics
- Update your medical history
- Review your insurance information
- Include emergency contact information
- Enter your payment details
Once complete, you will see a confirmation screen with instructions for mobile check-in on the day of your appointment.

Before You Arrive
Be sure to complete all the pre-registration steps. If you do not receive an email at five or three days before your scheduled appointment, be sure to check your junk email folder for your pre-registration instructions. You may also receive text messaging if you miss the email.

When you get to your EmergeOrtho Triad Region location, scan the QR code from the display banner using your mobile device. That’s it!
