JANUARY 3, 2017 – EmergeOrtho is opening a new 30,000 square foot building in Brier Creek this week to provide comprehensive Orthopedic and Specialty care to Wake County. Located at 7850 Brier Creek Parkway, the location will offer Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Bone Health, Physical and Hand Therapy, and an after-hours Orthopedic Urgent Care. The Brier Creek office will be comprised of experienced, board-certified providers who have been treating patients at other Triangle locations of EmergeOrtho, formerly Triangle Orthopedic Associates.
“We formed EmergeOrtho to preserve the private practice model, a standard of care that puts the patient first. We are proud to expand our services in Wake County with this new, state-of-the-art facility,” says Dr. Thomas Dimmig, acting president of EmergeOrtho.
The location of the new office furthers EmergeOrtho’s dedication to patient-centered care by further simplifying outpatient surgery. The Brier Creek clinic is located adjacent to Triangle Orthopedics Surgery Center, a 10,000 square foot single-specialty surgery center dedicated to Orthopedics. Patients scheduled for outpatient procedures will be able to have pre-op appointments, surgery, follow-up care, and physical rehabilitation in one convenient area.
The new office is also near another EmergeOrtho facility, a partnership with D1 Sports, located at 6330 Mount Herman Road providing physical therapy and sports medicine.
EmergeOrtho has 49 office locations in 21 counties from the mountains to the coast of North Carolina. The name change came in August of 2016 as four physician-owned practices joined in a common mission of delivering innovative, streamlined, patient-centered care, empowering patients to emerge stronger.
